Hey all,
I'm running BES 4.1/Exchange 2003, so my users have the option to perform a lookup against the GAL. Is there any way to expand the lookup function to include a public contact folder, or another list? We have a public contact list with around 2000 entries(most are just name/phone) that we dont want to sync to devices, but would like to reference remotely. Any ideas?

I dont think there is anyway to change the way the lookup works. The only thing you can do in BES 4.1 is restrict the lookup by company name with a reg hack.

If you want the HHs to be able to lookup the information they will need to get added as contacts your the GAL.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know of an easy way to import contacts into the GAL in Exchange 2003?

Create an app with MDS Studio, and can be pushed out wirelessly that links to your publick address book.

Has anyone see such an app?

On another note... While not desirable, does anyone know of a way to import contacts into the GAL so that I can access the info via "Lookup"
