| Multiple "Desktop" accounts on BB Please Login to Remove! I'm a new BES admin / user, and I'm setting up the first BB for our company. I initially activated a test account on the device, which worked fine, and then I deactivated that user from BES, and added a real user. I had to delete / re-add the user a couple times to get the calendar sync working, and I now things seem to be working, with the following caveat.
If I go to send mail on the BB, and scroll up to change the Account (i.e. BES vs. BIS accounts), I see two "Desktop" entries. Both of these entries seem to work, and mail sent with either of these entries comes from the proper BES account, but this just seems odd to me. I don't have another device to compare this to. Is this normal behavior? I tried deleting / re-adding / activating the user, and it still behaves the same way.
Any pointers?
If it matters, I'm running BES 4.1 with Exchange 2003 SP2 (both on Win2k servers).
