I have a Verizon 7250. 4.1 core running on BES server in native windows on exchange 2000. Device just stopped sending e-mail. EVERYTHING else works. Receive e-mail, phone, contacts, wireless recon. I rebooted server. reset device. Redid enterprise activation. reloaded device software. Still no send. error message says "unamed error."

If you get the RefID from the message, (hold alt button and type the word view) are you able to find it in the MAGT_0x log file? This will tell you if the handheld is getting the message to the BES or if it is failing before that. This will help as to where to troubleshoot next.

reloading software and rebooting server seems to have fixed it.

OK it worked for a day and is doing SAME FREAKING THING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
