I am trying to set up Bes 4.1 on Win2K3 and Exchange 2003......without a lot of experiance. I have the Bes installed and I have added myslef as a user. When I try to do the Network Activation it times out. When I review the log files this is what I get.... I don't have enough experiance to know what is going on. I do know that if I try to send an E Mail from another computer to my Blackberry E Mail account it bounces back as undelivered. When I look in my Exchange I see a mail box for my E Mail. Any tips on what I should be checking?

BES/BB is just a remote control for your Exchange email - i.e. if you receive email to your normal [email address] email address which you want to go on your handheld, then the BES will do this automatically (once setup and running). If email to [email address] is bouncing then you have an issue with one or many of your exchange config, MX records, ISP, internet connection etc, all of which are outside the scope of this forum.

If first messages were being delivered by the router service "BESAdmin.." then changed to "Postmaster," that sounds like your virus scanner is intercepting the email traffic....and not allowing delivery...

just a thought.
