The handheld is not receiving any messages. This is the error in server logs: "Unable to save configuration and settings" Any ideas?

I've done some searching and have found nothing..

That error message is not really relating to users able to send or recieve message from the handheld. It is a normal message.

When you try to send the message form the handheld does it turn into a red x? When you open up the red x what does the message say. Take a look in your MAGT log and see what you see in it?

What is the version of BES and version of Exchange are you running?

I donít think you can get ride of the error, it is just something that is logged in the application log on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
