I have my 7100 getting email, tasks, and calander items just fine both ways with BES.

I have setup a new address book in my Groupwise account, I then went into the BES manager, user, PIM sync and chose that address book for the address book subscribed. For some reason I'm not getting any sync either way with the address book.

What could I have done wrong? or any ideas why it would sync everything but the address book?

Not completey sure on this - but I think you have to delete the old address book on the device before you start syncing with the new one.

I think it even gives you a msg about this when you change address books on the server.

I've never had the address book synced. So your saying I need to delete the address book on my blackberry first? Man hope not. I have several users that have very large BB address books they wanted moved into GW.

So I set up another 7100 BB on BES. Before I set it up I created a new address book in the users GW. I then told the phone to sync to that address book. The user never got any addresses updated in the book.

Would this be the same reason?
