Unhappy BES 4.0.4 GroupWise Login Failed

We have a BES 4.0.4 for GroupWise running on a dedicated sever with 3 BB 7250s. Mine, the COO and the CEOs. Guess which one isn't working.

Apparently the BES failes to login to the CEO's mailbox. While it logs into mine and to the COO's mailbox without any problem.

I spent over 6 hours on the phone with support and they took a lot of information, configs, logs and even a copy of my BES-Mgmt database and they are sending it to engineering.

I also re-issued my trusted application key.

The error in the logs is:
14047] (06/13 22:09:19):{0x1344} {0} {Smith, Bob} Login Failed
[14049] (06/13 22:09:19):{0x1344} {0} {Smith, Bob} Login failed, failed attempts > 6, next run=6/13/2006 10:24:19 PM

Any help would be greatly appreciated
