Default What do they mean by connact your service provider?

The BlackBerry Enterprise Server is currently not connected to the BlackBerry infrastructure. Contact your service provider for more information.

If your SRP is disconnected, contact RIM directly. Immediately.

It could be that port 3101 is not open on your firewall. You can test with bbsprtest.exe from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. It should be successfully.

Or your SPR could be disabled. If this is the case you will need to contact RIM to re-enable it for you.
