Jump in here smarties...any ideas? Have generated new PIN on BES but don't have handset in hand (user in United Kingdom.) User has performed battery reset. Little help here...BB 7290, 4.0

The issue is with the 3des keys are out of date in the users mailbox.

What version of BES are you running if you are running 4.0 you can re-create the keys OTA. Go to Options > Security > All the way down to the bottom and select your SRP and click in the track wheel and select Re-Generate Encryption key.

This solved my user's problem today precisely. Does anyone know if there is a way to keep this from happening again?
