Default Blackberry Mailbox Agent Shutdown

I'm trying to get a BES up and running for the first time. Finaly got Exchange squared away so that it will send/rec mail. Worked my way through the permissions for the BES with the help of an excellent KB article. When trying to get my Network Activiation working I am always timing out so I started to review the logs.....The only thing that jumps out at me is that my Mailbox Agent is shuting down with error code 5305.......Any ideas?

I found this KB article to be helpful if other run into this same issue.
