Should i be worried about this error message?

When I see 'Decrypt failure: Authentication Failed' on the handheld, it normally means that the connection between the server and handheld has ben broken. I don't know if it means the same thing when seen on the server.

if this is from your event log, it might mean you have 2 different versions of java installed. If you do, pick the newest release and uninstall the older one. restart your BES services and see if event log still fires them off.
