I've only found one thread in which someone added this URL:

Anyway, the post goes on to say that this is where a BES administrator could download the needed AXL and/or COD files and then deploy Google Maps to all of his/her BES domain's users.

But this URL is now dead, and I can't find any other clues on how to do this.

Any ideas? Looking for the new Google Maps beta version 1.2.3
