Difference in the new BES software

What is the difference in the 3.6 and the latest Version of the 4.1 BES software? I want to know why i need to upgrade other then the name of 4.1.....What am I getting out of this upgrade???

You get full wireless sync of all PIM functions as well as OTA activation amongst other things. BB has a whole comparison matrix of the two on their website.
