Default new handheld

Please Login to Remove!

I have about 50 handsets on 4.1. I have activated them all locally by connecting to a pc via cable, etc.

I want to try the over the air enterprise activation.

Is all I need to do is add the user to the BB Server and set up a password and send it?

I do not see where I can enter in the PIN of the device.

thanks

You don't have to add the PIN of the device. When the customer uses Enterprise Activation, they put in the e-mail address and password you generate. The BB finds your BES and registers.

Good luck!

You got it, thats all it takes but you might notice when doing a cable activation, it is much faster then going over the air...
