Default email sync

I did a clean install of BES Express after I uninstalled the Enterprise trial and now email gets to my handhelds. But when i read an email in Outlook, it used to chnage the message on the handheld from not read to read. Thsi no longer happens.

Any ideas?

thanks

Does the reconcile now work on the handheld after a message is read?

it does not. I can read the message in Outlook and it does not get marked on the device as read unless I sync things up.

It used to automatically change to show it was read on the handheld with version 4.0.

on the HH goto messages > Options > email reconcilation. Is email reconcilation turned on? You want to make sure it is also set to delete on mailbox and hh.
