I keep getting this warning at least once a minute in the event viewer. Does anyone have any information on what it means and how to resolve this? We're running BES 4.1 with Exchange 2000 and about 34 users.

Also the CalHelper.exe is taking up all the CPU time and has the server running at 100%.

Did you get any resolution for your Problem, because I get then same Problem.
