Does anyone know why all my users information doesn't get populated in the Handheld configuration tool? I get the pin numbers and most information but I am missing phone numbers and hh versions from some.

There could be a couple of things going on. First, they ones you don't have complete information may need to do an Enterprise Activation. I believe that is how it gets its information initially. They also must have verion 4.0 or greater on the device to get all info. On the phone number issue, I have seen it not get populated on gsm/gprs blackberries that the SIM card isn't provisioned correctly to disply the phone number on those devices, I would not see the number displayed when in the phone screen either.

Yeah I pretty sure it is the fact that the are desktop manager lower than 4.0
