I manage a BES with about a hundred users on it. We have many employees with varying RIM radio models. I just ran into a new problem and don't have any idea how to rectify it past what I have already done. We recently upgraded one user to a 7100i, and he is now unable to receive messages in folders other than Inbox and Sent Items. He was able to get messages under any Mailbox folder, and he can still see the other folders, but there are no messages in any of the folders. They do, however, still show up in Outlook.
In the BES admin console, the user does have selected "Inbox and Sent Items" forwarded. However, when I selected the subfolders (and there are lots of them), there was no change. I set the user back to "Inbox and Sent Items" about fifteen minutes later. I also tried deleting and re-adding the user with clearing stats but not deleting "BlackBerry data" from Outlook when prompted.
The user's primary email address was recently changed in Exchange, but his old address is still a secondary, and he is, again, still receiving emails to his Inbox.
