Default Verizon v. Cingular reconciliation time

Please Login to Remove!

I had been using verizon (7250)but switched to Cingular- using the 8700C
When I was sent an e mail using verizon it appeared at the same time on the blackberry as it did on my desktop. With Cingular it takes almost 15 minutes. Is ther a reason or a fix for this other than manual reconciliations? Thanks

With my BES, messages are received anywhere from 2 sec - 30 sec after being sent (we are on cingular). I find generally if I don't get a message within 2 minutes, I'm not going to ever get it. I can't say I've seen c. 15 minutes delays, ever.

Are you the BES admin? Do you have access to the mail routing logs with the SRP information? Often the errors (if any) in the logs point you in the direction of the problem.
