Default bb to server not synching

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

New BES admin, ver4.1, bb's ver4.0 (7130e) , After some trial and error we now have all bb's wirelessly synching with exchange.
The problem is that changes made on the handhelds are not reflected in outlook.
The BES is installed on the Exchange server (I know, not an ideal setup), and the BES admin account is the domain admins (I know, again not ideal).
Synch is bidrectional.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Edit the Global Properties on the BES to set the device for bi-directional synchronization under Global PIM Sync.

Also on the device, you can go to the Options Menu under Messages, Calendar, and Tasks and change wireless reconciliation to delete on "Mailbox and Handheld" .
In the BlackBerry Manager, in the left pane, click a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
On the Server Configuration tab, click Edit Properties.
Click Messaging.
In the Messaging Options section, click Wireless Message Reconciliation Enabled.
In the drop-down list, click False.
Click OK.
