Default Entrerprise Activation

Please Login to Remove!

How Know if my enterprise activation is already activated, on my network company tell me that the my 7100 balckberry is ready but I Canīt send messages, unti I run the redirector send it.

This would be a BES Admin Corner question -- I think somebody these should be able to answer. Hope this helps!

Check to make sure you've received your service books from your company's BES. Also check for things like messages->option->email reconciliation->folder redirection. Do you see your exchange/notes/groupwise folders listed? Is your calendar/tasks/memos synced up with your desktop client (without the redirector doing it).

Also I would reinstall the desktop manager without the redirector (unless your company requires it), and instead tell it to use whatever BES system your company uses (notes/groupwise/exchange)

I Canīt Check messages->option->email reconciliation->folder redirection because donīt appears that option on my blackberry

Then it has not been activated. If they will give you the password you can do it yourself.

Options / Enterprise activation

Your full email address and whatever password they set.
