Hello All,

I've been trying to get a solution for this for a while now with not much joy.

I have a BES 4.0 (4.0.4.6) and I have a user that needs to be able to use his BB7100 but when replying, forwarding and creating new email messages his email address needs to be hidden and the address of his secretary needs to be used. So basically the user needs to be able to use his Blackberry with the secretary fielding all reply corrospondance.

I've done a few searches over the boards but cannot find a definitive solution. Has anyone had the same situtation? Is there an easy solution I am not seeing?

EDIT: Just a bit more about the environment as I understand there could be a solution within Exchange for this also.

* Windows 2003 Domain AD
* Exchange 2003 Enterprise Servers
* BES 4.0 running on dedicated box

I dont think the BlackBerry is designed to function in this manner. Interesting question, but I don't think its possible.

My two cents..

Ask him to try adding his/her secretary's email address to the 'sent from address' on BIS (Blackberry Internet Service). And whenever he needs to reply people he can use this address manually.
