Default migrating from BES to BIS 2

hi,

my gig is coming to an end soon and need to figure out what to expect when my BES & exchange account dies and the transition to just plain old BIS 2.

can any of the folks here tell me what i should expect when the company kills my BES account? will my handheld have to be wiped out? fine by me- but trying to put together a roadmap.

i've been working on setting up BIS 2 from cingular with gmail but since i'm still connected to BES and exchange, it's hard to determine what's really going on. i'm seeing lots of duplicate emails on the handheld side but otherwise since is working well.

any tips or suggestions is greatly appriciated.
