Default Upgrading to BES 4 today - any tips or advice ?

Hi,

Im going to upgrade from BES 3.6 SP3 to BES 4 today. O2 reccomend that I upgrrade to 3.6sp4 before going to BES 4. Does anyone have any tips on what I need to back up /do to ensure that I dont lose any users or data during the move

If you have the equipment to do so, I'd recommend setting up 4.0 on a new server, then de-activating 3.6. Pointing the 4.0 to the old database and then starting it up. That way you have a pretty easy roll-back plan just in case things go haywire.

And backup everything.
