Thumbs down Attachment issues

Hi

I'm running BES v4 SP4 on with Exchange 2003 and O2 7100 devices. It has recently been brought to my attention that attachments can't be opened on the devices. The option to view the attachment isn't present - this is the case for all attachments. I've looked in the server configuration tool and think I have found the problem - the distiller settings under the attachment server tab are empty! If this is the issue how can this happen? Has anyone had the issue before? Is there a way to restore the settings?

Have you applied HotFix #3 for SP4 yet? That helped us with the same problem.

I haven't installed Hotfix 3 for SP4 but will do so and let you know how it goes!

Need help with Attachments. Cannot open email attachments on 7290 BB running on outlook from exchange and desktop manager >BES. I Re-loaded the image software for handheld device and most recent upgrades/ or total Reinstall for desktop manager. Other users with the same BB within the company are able to view their attachments......need help- Thanks,
