| Attachment issues Please Login to Remove! Hi
I'm running BES v4 SP4 on with Exchange 2003 and O2 7100 devices. It has recently been brought to my attention that attachments can't be opened on the devices. The option to view the attachment isn't present - this is the case for all attachments. I've looked in the server configuration tool and think I have found the problem - the distiller settings under the attachment server tab are empty! If this is the issue how can this happen? Has anyone had the issue before? Is there a way to restore the settings?
