Default Enterprise Messenger LCS

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone have a sample Xml file from setting up the LCS client to install over the air via the BES Server. I have tried to index the file numerous times and I can not get it to show up under applicati

I got mine to work, did you run the loader.exe /reindex and do you have the files copied in the following folders:

C:\program files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Applications\lcs

Make sure the Research In Motion folder is shared. I called mine RIM.

Also make sure you have the lcs.alx and cab files are in the lcs folder.

I just resolved this problem too. There's a directory tag in the alx file that I had to remove to get it to index properly. When it was in there, the PkgDBCache.xml file was pretty much empty and when I removed it, the xml file generated and it showed up in the BB Manager.
