I am a new BES admin and had a question about enforcing Bluetooth discoverability.

Is there any way to set a policy where I can leave BlueTooth on on the devices but disable BlueTooth discoverability? I want my end users to be able to use their headsets but I don't want anyone sniffing for their BlueTooth connection and figure out a way to do them harm.

If this can be done I would appreciate any feedback on how it can be done.

I am primarily using the Verizon BlackBerry's, the 7250, 7130's.

Any help would be appreciated.

You could pair the devices and then disable discoverable mode using the following policy:

Bluetooth Policy -> Bluetooth Discoverable Mode
