reoccurring errors in event viewer
 

Hi Guys,

Thought its about time to clear up to reoccurring error's in my even log

(see attaced pictures)

and

I have gotten these errors pretty much from day 1 and i dont know what they mean. Can anyone help me? Does anyone else have them reourring like i do?

BESD 4.0.3.5 - 7290's,7230's,8700's

I reckon it is SQL connectivity issue... SQL authentication may caused the timeout if SQL connection is lost... Check out the Messaging Agent/Dispatcher/Router logs....

<drive>:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs.... do a search for "SQL"... see any errors

You get the above error when you cradle a handheld. Thats all. Cradled does different things then when wireless (uncradled).

Hey nukem, you are so right... missed the keyword "DEVICE_SESSION:"... good thing it's nothing to worry about...

So i get this error message when a device is logged into the Desktop Manager Software?

Do i have to live with the errors or is there something i can do?

Hey all, I remember it as an ODBC wrapper error... but not sure happens to which specific version... just upgrade to latest SP4 HF3...

"This error means that the BlackBerry Router could not authenticate your SRP identifier and authentication key for some reason, therefore the session timed out. There is no cause for a concern because the BlackBerry Router would automatically re-establish the SRP connection. If the BlackBerry Enterprise Server status is "Running", the error message may be indicative of a temporary network problem which interfered with the connection to the SRP Host. If the issue persists, setup network monitoring to monitor the traffic to srp.blackberry.net"

BES 4.0.6HF4 on Domino corrected our errors like this.
