Hello Everyone,

Looking for some help here on a problem I am having with my BES server. Right now I am currently running BES 4.0.4.5 on windows 2000 Professional SP4. The problem is my handhelds are not syncing over air anymore. I believe this problem came about when I upgraded to exchange 2003 SP2. All other users on the server are getting mail and able to send mail. If I sync with the USB cord everything works fine.

I have checked and I do not have IMF on exchange installed. I have also went into the users account I am trying to sync and whitelisted "Blackberry.net"

I have tried running the handheld clean tool with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas what I can try to do?

I suggest you contact RIM.

I had several things break when I upgraded Exchange(OWA broke, so did BES).

For me I had to restart BES a couple times and do a manual reconcile on each of the phones.

Funny when your Blackberry sends an email it doesn't talk directly to your server it talks to RIM first, as your BES is talking to RIM constantly.

Anyhow I upgraded my Exchange to SP2 a long time ago, and I am using BES 4.0.4.x, I guess I was lucky that nothing broke.

Check permissions on the Excahnge server again, sometimes they get removed.
