Post Can I set themes and time zones centrally?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to centrally force all BB devices which initially get activated by my BES Server (BES 4.1.0 Express for Lotus Domino) to have certain settings adjusted (themes, time zones, etc.) ???

My users have to manually set their time zones on their BB device. Isn't there a way for me to do this for them as I'm creating their BES profile? I don't mind if they want/need to change it later, but it would be nice if this was set for them initially during activation.

3.) By default, out T-Mobile 8700g devices have Email reconciliation set to-
Delete On: Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Handheld Wins

What we prefer is -
Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins

But again, we have only been able to make these changes manually on each device. Isn't there a way for me to set this up initially for my users?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Default

Sorry, not possible with the current version of BES. From my understanding, the IT policies will be able to control much more (including themes) when version 5.0 is released. No date on when that is going to happen.
