Default event id 20000 MNGR

Warning BES-SRVR Application 7/6/2006 7:11:05 AM MNGR (0) 20000 N/A The description for Event ID '-1342222816' in Source 'MNGR' cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display the message, or you may not have permission to access them. The following information is part of the event:'[ODBCRecord::DoSetValue] Update failed as no AddIdentifier was called. Alternatively, DoCreateRecord() can be called'

Can anyone help with this event message. It occurs every time i run "Blackberry Manager"

20000 is very vague and RIM can't even tell you the correct answer. I must get 100 20000's a day and most have differnet error messages..

Does anyone have any further ideas on these event ids - 20000 for source MNGR?

The description is
[ODBCRecord::DoSetValue] Update failed as no AddIdentifier was called. Alternatively, DoCreateRecord() can be called

They started appearing following an upgrade to BES v4.1

Have just found a bit of info on this in article KB-05102 on BlackBerry.com.
