Here's my problem
1. We are a small company with hosted exchange.
2. They don't support blackberry
3. We need to have a blackberry configured with wireless calendar sync.
4. I would get exchange hosting service with BES from another provider but
then I wouldn't be able to see everybody else's calendar and group contacts
since we are on different hosting companies.
5. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Bring your exchange server in house would be the best option.

A small IT firm could do this for you, as SBS2003 is very cheap.
