MDS Activation

I have a few users that have been activated on our MDS server that have upgraded their phones. when I re-authorize them on the MDS with their new BB, their old PIN remains active (even if the unit has been wiped) on the server.

How can I remove these unused PIN numbers from the MDS Server?
