Question newbie Q: re: going from redirector to bes

hello
a few users (about 6) will be moved over to a new install of bes 4.1
how do i convert their desktop manager type of setup over to work with bes
instead?

When we move people over we just re-do a wireless enterprise activation on them. Just remove Desktop manager. If they still want/need DM, re-install it and check the using BES option during setup.

i browsed thru the admin manual but unfortunately there are no screen shots
anywhere i can see screen shots for admin functions?

With bes 4.1 you dont need the DM. you dont need any software on their pc's/laptops. The only thing they need is to power from the cable.

All data, service etc is handled wirelessly on BES 4.1
