Enterprise Activation Reappears
We upgraded to BES 4.0 in March this year, everything seemed to be going well, most handhelds have been activated using the Enterprise Activation. Over the past week several users have reported the Enterprise Activation icon reappearing on their device. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
yes i have seen this too on BB8700g devices. Don't know the cause.
yes, i saw this happen last week and this week, but all of a sudden the icon disappeared again for most of the devices, for some I initially reactivated them
I wasnt able to find the cause of this.

This is a service book issue on the handheld. I'm not sure what service book from the BES tells the handheld that it is on the BES and it does not need to display it. I would try pushing down the service books to the handheld again.
