Default 7290 on a bes sig question

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user that has a 7290 (t-mobile) who is on our bes. When i go into a new message and type sig and hit enter/return it populates her email address and phone number.

However I have another user on a 7290 (t-mobile) who is on our bes. When I go into a new message and type sig and hit enter/return it just droops down 2 lines like something is there but it does not prefill his email or phone number.

PS. neither of them have a signature on the BES or on the handheld setup yet.

Anyone heard of this yet?

thanks

The sig is pulled from whatever the user has defined in their Owner field. Are you sure that field is populated with something?
