New exchange server was created. Moved users berrys not working. When we moved the accounts to a different bes the account recognize new email server.... but the stats are poiting them to the old bes server. No matter how many times we remove the stats stay put... tells us how many emails pending ...last time received etc... so does not allow us to do wireless activation or nothing.

Is there a way to manually look for files to remove the users stats or his account so it re-initailizing?

Also when I try re-adding the account to another BES I get the USER already exists on the previous server. Do you want to move him? Even though we removed the users account?

YOu will need to make sure your service account has permissions on the new Exchange server. Also after you move the users mailbox you will have to run handheldcleanup -u on the BES server, or restart the server itself.
