Hi,

We have Blackberry Server 4.0.4.3 service pack 4 and the fix pack, Running with Lotus Domino 6.5.2 version on Windows 2003 server. The CPU usage is allways reaching 100%, we added one more CPU but still the result is same. Could any one help me to resolve the issue.

If you have checked out timay's 2nd link and applied the BBProfiles.NTF template fix and still having issues, you probably want to test this:

1. Domino console "tell bes quit" to shutdown BES
2. See if you are still seeing high CPU utilization, if yes then it is not BES but something else causing it
3. If BES is causing the high CPU utilization, then you probably would like to check out the MAGT log and search for "No response", some events may have hold-up and causing many threads to hung

Sometimes, corrupted mail/state databases or even inaccessibility to the mail servers may cause hung thread and peaks the CPU.
