Exclamation CAL License Number?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all -- new to the BB world and learning my way around. My agency has a BES, but it's in beta testing and I need my own CAL to hook in. I found a CAL on eBay for $30 that was described as:

CONDITION, FEATURES & SPECIFICATION
Condition Notes: New Factory Sealed
Contents of Package: 1 User Licence for BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Detailed Description: The BlackBerry 4.0 Client Access License (CAL) Single. Licenses one additional client for use on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

When it arrived I PDFd the license and sent it to my IT people, who said they needed a license code.

I don't see this on what I was sent. Anyone know what the code should look like (format) and where it is on the paper CAL packet?

Thanks!

Is the packet an envelope? The licences are usually pieces of paper, inside a white envelope...the number is on the paper...
