Is there a way to change how much of an email is sent to the device before it gets cut off by the --More Available-- message?

I don't think so. Why is it imperritive that you send more? Or is it less you want. I have 1200 users and have NEVER had a single person complain that they wanted/needed more of the message beyond what it gives normally. It just isn't too big of a deal to click to get more. Plus you can just turn on the auto-more feature inside the inbox options and it's barely noticeable.
