I have several users here, on the sales team, that have installed the BCM portion in Outlook and would like the BCM contacts to be synchronized to their Blackberry wirelessly. Does anyone know how to go about doing this?

I don't use Exchange or BCM, but I would assume you need to get the contacts to sync into their personal address book. Once there, they will sync over to the BlackBerry. We are fairly limited on options in regards to the address books.

I have the same problem. What's worse - I can't figure out how to export my .bcm files into the Outlook personal folders. Does anyone know how this is done.
