Default Flag a Message with BES and Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

Is it possible to flag a message on my Blackberry and have it synced to the Outlook flags? When I read an e-mail on my blackberry which I need to refer to later on I have to look one by one through my e-mail in Outlook instead of just looking at my flagged messages. I know this can be done with Good software, can it be done with BES?

Using BES 4.1
Blackberry 8700r
Outlook 3003
Windows Server and Exchange 2003

Thanks,
DM

This is something I would also like to do. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to do it - if you find a way, please make sure you post how to do it!
