Default Flag a Message with BES and Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

Is it possible to flag a message on my Blackberry and have it synced to the Outlook flags? When I read an e-mail on my blackberry which I need to refer to later on I have to look one by one through my e-mail in Outlook instead of just looking at my flagged messages. I know this can be done with Good software, can it be done with BES?

Using BES 4.1
Blackberry 8700r
Outlook 3003
Windows Server and Exchange 2003

This is something I would also like to do. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to do it - if you find a way, please make sure you post how to do it!
