Hello Everyone,
I have just installed the BES on Windows 2003 server. The Domain Controller is a SBS2003 server.
The BES logon account is: BESAdmin (as suggested) with the 'domain user' membership. Also added permissions such as send-as receive-as

Emails are not getting through to the unit and when I try to send from the unit I get a red cross.
Task and Memos are going back-and-forth ok.

Can anyone help me to get the emails work please ?

When you send yourself a message say from outlook.
Does pending or filtered increase?
In regards to sending mail from your handheld open the message with the red X and let us know what the message status is?
