I have searched and cant find a answer to this, so hopefully someone can assist.

If a user in US creates a meeting invite with someone in UK, i.e. they initiate a meeting request 11am their time which will be 4pm UK time, this is accepted and shows as 4pm in Outlook on the invites calendar in UK.

But on the Blackberry it shows as 11am rather then 4pm for this UK based user ?

any ideas how we synchronise timezones on Blackberry ?

Backend: Exchange 2003 SP2, BES 4.0 SP4, Outlook 2002 SP3
