You should get a Advanced wirless configuraiton screen
Change Wireless sync to NO (SAve) Change to Yes and Save
This should kick in the Slow Sync again and hopefully resolve this issue for u
Also before you do this ,check under calendar options if "Wireless sync " says YES.. Good Luck |
1st, let me tell you, I very much appreciate your assistance!
You mentioned the 8700 in your post. I have a 7100i and this does not work. I have tried it a couple times to make sure I haven't mistyped it and nothing happens here.
I did delete my user off the BES and reactivate it. The BB went through everything just fine and brought over all the calendar items it was suppose to wirelessly.
Once it was complete, I tried to create an appt and it DID NOT sync wirelessly.
I then attempted the process through a wire and it brought over the appts as it should.
I noticed on RIM's website, it mentioned I should sent the transfer agent to WIRELESS (under config PIM) instead of OUTLOOK. My DTM does not have a wireless agent like that.
Blackberry1, I am the only user on this BES since it is the BES Express.
RIM support assisted in the setup of the server. It was running fine for about two months. Nothing on the BES changed. This I know, because I am the admin of the entire server. Actually, I installed Trend Micro AntiVirus software about 2 weeks ago, but the syncing wasn't working before that.
Do you have any other ideas to try?
Oh, I did install the latest HOTFix for BES 4.1
