Default Reconcile Exchange 2003

Please Login to Remove!

Hello All,

Server 1 : SBS2003 (with Exchange SP2)
Server 2 : Windows Server 2003 with Exchange SP2 Tools and BES (

Emails are working ok, ie. sending and receiving them.

On the PC: If I create a folder within Outlook this is visible on the BB.
What doesn't seem to be working is all the folders on the BB are empty.

I click 'reconcile now' but doesn't put it insync with what I can see in Outlook.

(If I send an email from the BB it appears in 'sent items' in Outlook)

How can I get the BB unit to reflect what I can see in Outlook ?

Thank you

First you need to turn on folder redirection on the bes and map what folders you want for each user to map to the handheld. Second, my understanding is that anything that is in outlook before you activate your blackberry wont show up on the handheld unless you do a wired sync. I may be wrong, but that's how I understand it.

you need to make Exchange server Rules from the Outlook client. open the rules wizard in Outlook and makes some rules that move the messages for you in real time. that is the only way to make the BB see them in those folders. stuff you move manually with the right click function will not move within the BB device.
