Default Hand Held Info on BES - 07-20-2006, 10:12 AM

I have one user that their handheld info ie. model #, platform ver. and so on is not showing up under the user name on the BES console. Everything is working correctly but I have had issues with their BB losing its activation. Any seen this?

Thanks
E

The handheld OS version must be atleast 4.0 in order for you to see the handheld info in the BES Handheld Configuration Tool. If they have an older version, the info will be blank. Also, I have seen where when someone has the nokia 9300, using BB connect, it does not register on my BES either.

Its a 8700 with Bharti installed.... It was listed before he had issues with losing his activation and had to re-enter his user account.

Thanks

OK. I will search around and see what I can find. I have not seen this issue before.

The only reason for my concern is that he was having issues with his connection. But all is well now but I just wanted to see if that has happened before to anyone.
