I have rebooted out BES 4.1 running on Domino 6.5

It's restarted fine but the DBES Mail Agentis still initalizing 15 min later, we have 650 users on this box. I'm currently covering for the BES Admin who is on hols, is this a normal amount of time ? or should I try to stop and load the BES task ?

Any advice would be v. helpfull
