Default HELP! Personal Address Books Stopped Synching with BES

Please Login to Remove!

For some unknown reason personal address books have stopped synching with notes on our BES. Has anyone else seen this?

Are you getting an error messages on the Domino server? Or in the BES. This is happening for all users, or just a few. What changed in the environment? New policy, server upgrade, etc?

Is your PAB replicating with the BES Domino server?
What mail template are you using?
Are you using iNotes?Did they change your mail template recently?
