|  Field mapping with OTA contacts sync

Why can only a limited amount of field be mapped when using OTA sync for contacts? For instance, I prefer to use the 'File As' field for the lastname field so I can have my preferred sort of contacts, but this field is not available to map in the BB Manager on the BES (4.0) server. Why? |
